This rolling mill is designed for the production of different light section profiles.
The train is equipped with PERT BS STAND with configuration H,V and convertible.
PERT BS Stands are particularly suitable for this kind of plant, in fact the high stiffness and the low mechanical clearance of PERT BS Stand assure excellent finishing and tolerance of the product, particularly in the rolling process of the flat bars, where with stands with standard housingless technology the conicity of the flat rolled bar is higher.
The equipment is completed by the cooling bed for profiles and the finishing area is complete of straightening machine, cut-to-length flying shear and automatic staker.
